     Transmission Gears 

The company specializes in the production of a comprehensive range of transmission gears and shafts for both automotive and tractor applications. This includes various speed gears and components integral to the vehicle's powertrain. The gears, with a maximum module of 8 and adhering to DIN Class 8 accuracy, can be manufactured up to a diameter of 400 mm. Production is carried out using state-of-the-art CNC hobbing machines, with turned blanks prepared on cutting-edge CNC turning centers imported from Korea.

To ensure precision, the manufacturing process incorporates the shaving route, followed by advanced case carburizing in a modern, electronically controlled facility. Every effort is made to minimize distortions post-heat treatment, with process corrections applied as necessary. The grinding process is executed on high-precision German machines, allowing for the production of both straight and "K" profile gears to meet customer specifications.

      Bull Gears

The company operates a specialized production line dedicated to manufacturing bull gears ranging from 10 kg to 35 kg, with a maximum module of 8 and a diameter of up to 400 mm. The turning setup is equipped with dedicated horizontal turning centers, vertical broaching, hobbing, and shaving, all enhanced with complete hydraulic fixturing to ensure that every part meets stringent customer requirements. Given the substantial weight of these components, advanced material handling systems are implemented to prevent any metal-to-metal contact, safeguarding the integrity of each piece. This meticulous approach underscores the company's commitment to quality and timely delivery.

                                         Transmission             Shafts        

This product category encompasses a range of application shafts, including PTO shafts, rock shafts, and thru shafts, which undergo induction hardening instead of case carburizing. The shafts produced can reach a maximum length of 800 mm, with case depths varying from 1 mm to 6 mm, achieved through the use of high and low-frequency induction hardening machines. These machines range from 50 kW to 250 kW, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all induction-hardened shafts. The company guarantees minimal distortion and precise linear dimensions, even on slender shafts with diameters as small as 20 mm, thanks to the accuracy achieved through precision engineering.

  Rear axle shafts 

This product line is one of the prime drivers of the company. The company has done lot of work to manufacture low cost and high fatigue resistant Rear Axle Shafts by bringing in various processes like single shot induction harening, localised induction hardening amongst others. The company is able to achieve case depth as high as 12 mm and as low as 4 mm as per the customer requirements on CNC programmable medium frequency induction hardening machines. The CNC turning centers are installed with steady rest to achieve practically zero chattering marks. Drilling & Reaming being an integral part of the manufacturing process are manufactured on moving column Vertical Machining Centers and the grinding operations are carried out on angular head grinding machines fitted with marposs online gauging and auto sizing. Among various automotive and tractor application customers, the company manufactures Rear Axle Shafts with a maximum flange diameter upto 300 mm and maximum length upto 1200 mm.
